Refund policy
We want you to love every purchase from Branny. If something isn’t right, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy.
🛍️ Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@branny.pk. If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label.
Please do not send back any items without first contacting us.
⚠️ Important: Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
They can only be exchanged within the 14-day window, subject to availability.
🔁 Exchanges
Return the item to us, and once we receive and inspect it, we will issue a voucher for your next order.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — please contact us immediately at hello@branny.pk with your order details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
